Beast of the East Fork is a unique 5K adventure mud run held in the scenic East Fork State Park, just east of Cincinnati, Ohio. Designed for solo athletes and families alike, the course features approximately 3.1 miles of natural trails combined with 15+ challenging natural and man-made obstacles. Participants face a variety of physical and mental challenges including tire climbs, mud and tube crawls, rope walks, wall climbs, sandbag carries, tire flips, cargo nets, and a sandy beach run to the finish. The Cincinnati Spartan Trifecta Weekend, held at Perfect North Slopes in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, offers a challenging obstacle course race experience just 30 minutes from Cincinnati. Set at an alpine ski resort, the course features steep climbs, descents, and muddy terrain with water obstacles, providing a fast yet demanding race. Participants can choose from multiple distances: Sprint (5K, 20 obstacles), Super (10K, 25 obstacles), Beast (21K, 30 obstacles), and Ultra (50K, 60 obstacles).
