UNAA Ultimate OCR 3K

The Ultimate OCR 3K Championship, hosted by the Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association, is a unique obstacle course race held at Dallas Market Hall, Dallas, Texas. Covering a 3-kilometer course segmented into 300-meter increments, the event features over 25 obstacles designed to challenge participants with more obstacles and less running, notably without mud. The race uses a three-band system where athletes must complete mandatory obstacles with multiple attempts allowed, while single-attempt obstacles risk band loss. Penalty loops apply for lost bands before finishing.
